Life Tip Thursdays: 10 Self-Care Recommendations

  1. Put on clean clothes. I understand that some days it’s hard to shower, but when I put on a clean pair of clothes it makes me feel a lot more comfortable.

  2. Wash your face with soap and warm water, pat it dry softly.

  3. Do a face mask.

  4. Brush and floss your teeth—extra points if you use a mouthwash as well for ultimate freshness!

  5. Go for a coffee run—or tea, soda pop, or whatever floats your boat.

  6. Dance to your favorite music! 💃 🕺

  7. Take a nap, focus on reclaiming your energy.

  8. Soak in a warm bath—don’t forget to add bubbles! 🫧

  9. On a hot day, take a cold shower. Californian tip: keep your hair wet and then sit in front of a fan if you need to stay cool in the heat.

  10. Watch a sweet cartoon. I recommend Gravity Falls or Bob’s Burgers!
